We are seeking full or part time Regional Program Managers.  This position may be provided from your own home/office and set your own hours.  This is a contract position and compensation is based on personal experience.  The contractor must have or furnish all the necessary equipment to perform the required duties.  This position oversees the investigative process and provides case management duties to ensure investigations are conducted in a timely manner and have all the required evidence.  This position supervises other individuals and is a fast pace and high pressure position.  The individual must have extensive experience in the federal sector EEO process, prior supervisory experience, knowledgeable with the latest technologies, personal computer, internet, scanning and duplication, windows operating system, word, word perfect, and present a professional appearance at all times.  The individual shall also possess excellent oral communication skills and excellent writing skills.
